I. Application.
1. It is suitable for indoor enviroment.
2.Flexible roller conveyor is suitable for conveying products packed in boxes or products with flat bottom.
II. Advantages.
1. Low investment,simple structure, east to assemble and operate. It is very easy to connect many units together.
2. Less land occupation,whole conveyor line is telescopic, expansion rate is : 0.5: 1.25
3.Flexible roller conveyor is easy to change conveyor route and direction according to requires.
4. Light weight and move conveniently.
5. Each unit's capacity is 40KGS at the most, transmitted by multi-wedge.
6. Flexible roller conveyor used telescopic spares as frame's conveyor. Conveying directions and angles can change freely, supporting legs' height is adjustable, with casters,the whole conveyor can move to anywhere according to working requires , with brake pad on the casters, the conveyor can stop at any where too.Rotating rollers can be single row or double rows. For one conveyor there are at least two units, each unit is one group of belt mesh.
