The Pre-stretch Machine was developed by the CHJC group under the monitoring of the national standard committee for Chain transmission, It consists of a hydraulic stress loader, a mechanic transmission system, a loading tester, component missing detectors and electronic controllers, the four systems cooperate each other and they are controlled by a PLC electric controller, This machine is with comfortable outlook, easy and safe operation and high degree of automation.
