I. Selection Description
1. Precast concrete spun pole mould spreader beam is used to hang upper and bottom mold. The largest size of applicable pipe model is ZM600-15 together with the crane for 10t+10t.
2. Three different types of grapnels: a. only for grabbing upper mold; b. for grabbing upper and bottom mold; c. for grabbling upper mold, bottom mold and cage.
3. Control System: Pneumatic part needs to be connected to the air compressor in accordance with pneumatic schematic diagram; electrical part needs to be connected to the control box of the crane according to electrical schematic diagram.
II. Main Structure
1. Structure and Operating Principles: main beam, four sets of grapnels for upper mold, four sets of grapnels for bottom mold, grapnels for cages and pneumatic system.
2. Pneumatic Part: Selected Air Compressor (0.4m3), two-position five-way reversing valve, throttle valve and air cylinder.
