A2: Please send us your drawings via Made-in-China or email. File formats can be PDF, DWG, STP, STEP, IGS, etc. If you do not have drawings, we can create them based on your samples.
Q3: How do you ensure quality control?
A3: Firstly, all raw materials undergo inspection by our quality control department before being stored.
Secondly, during the casting process, we perform spectral analysis three times: at the beginning, middle, and end.
Thirdly, after cleaning, parts undergo an initial visual inspection for casting defects before proceeding to the next stage.
Fourthly, each part undergoes a comprehensive QC inspection before shipment, including tests for chemical composition and mechanical properties.
