For the selection of motor gear, according to the characteristics of the reducer or gear mechanism, if the motor input and the reducer are connected in a straight-through way, the cylindrical straight motor gear shall be selected. If the motor input and reducer are connected vertically, the bevel motor gear shall be selected. Hardness selection of motor gear: generally, the motor speed is 5000-6000rpm, the torque is not more than 100N. m, and the hardness of motor gear is HRC28-32. If high-speed motor is used, the output torque is more than 100N. m, and the hardness of motor gear should be HRC45 or more.
