Nylon 6: Excellent recovery, temperature resistance and wear resistance, low melting point, and wide process temperature range.
Nylon 66: Compared with nylon 6, nylon 66 in the same wire diameter, its hardness, recovery, wear resistance are slightly better, temperature resistance up to 150 degrees Celsius.
Nylon 610: smaller density, lower water absorption than nylon 66 and nylon 6 size, good stability, easy to process molding. Strong alkali resistance, more resistant to common weak acids than double 6 and single 6, but easily soluble in formic acid.
Nylon 612: water absorption is smaller, temperature resistance is the best, mechanical strength is greater than nylon 6, nylon 66, nylon 610, longer brush life.
Metal brush wire (colored/colorless)
