The 4 axis VMC-1270W is high performance horizontal machining center which has high precision and high rigidity characteristics. The structure and layout of the machine are excellent, and the overall rigidity and stability are extremely high which can maintain good accuracy while the process of processing. All castings are characterized by high hardness and rigidity, they have been secondary tempered to provide good stability and rigidity for the machine. This machine equips a high performance spindle with 8000RPM speed range, the maximum cutting feed speed is from 1 till 8000RPM. Both X,Y,Z are using ultra-rigid roller linear guideway, it can greatly improve the control and the accuracy.
