FCY-300 series Chinese menu electronic pneumatic measuring instrument (hereinafter referred to as pneumatic electronic column) is a digital product designed with embedded single chip technology. It is an upgraded product of float type pneumatic measuring instrument. It can be used alone or combined with multiple units to save operating space. It adopts high brightness LCD display, which is particularly suitable for various production line environments. It has a Chinese menu operation interface, which greatly facilitates operation and human-computer interaction. It can directly display the absolute measurement value of the measured size and the relative measurement value relative to the nominal size value. According to the set workpiece size tolerance limit, it indicates whether the measured workpiece is qualified or not. It has the function of storing and querying measurement data, etc. It has red, green and orange light columns, which indicate the measured size results and its tolerance band size, and can directly observe the deviation of the measured size within its tolerance band. A variety of programs can be pre-set for measuring workpieces of different specifications. Each program can set the nominal size value, tolerance band deviation, and standard part size value. The measurement method of internal and external dimensions can also be selected. All parameter settings have the function of power-off saving.
This product also has additional functions: the input and output signal function can easily form a control system; the data communication function can form a network of multiple measuring instruments on site, and form SPC statistical charts through special software to achieve on-site online quality management, etc.; the "peak-to-peak" measurement function can be combined with the measuring device to use various mathematical models to calculate the coaxiality, ellipticity, runout, cylindricality, flatness, verticality and other form and position error results; it can also modify and supplement the product functions according to the special requirements of the user to meet the different requirements of different application occasions.
