A: Send your sample directly to our factory. We can replicate it or offer improved solutions. Additionally, please provide pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width). Upon placing an order, we will create a CAD or 3D file for you.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: For smaller orders, we require 100% advance payment via T/T or Western Union. For larger orders, a 50% T/T advance is needed, with the remaining balance due before shipment.
Q: If you produce poor quality goods, will you issue a refund?
A: We adhere to strict quality control standards. In the rare event of a quality issue, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.
