Prefab 20 ft Container House Van Construction
K-HOME standard containers are produced according to two main sizes 3 x 6 m and 2.4 x 6 m. These two models have many functional plans to meet the needs of all customers. They can be easily transported. The standard container comes with all parts and detailed information, including electricity and water networks, fixtures, doors and windows. Customers can also choose to install kitchens or toilets and showers in their interiors according to different plans. Due to its safe structure, our standard container represents the best solution for residential units, offices, sales offices, toilets/shower rooms.

As following are Our Unique advantages:
1. Unique roof system design, made of 4 parts: steel ceiling+roof purlins+glass wool insultion material+roo steel sheet.
There are also 4 big water gutters to store rainwater and flow naturally. And there are 4 drainpipes in each column,
so the rainwater will flow from the roof steel sheet, into the water gutters, at last flow from the drainpipes orderly.
2. Galvanized corner columns, the thickness is 2.3mm. It is very thick. Surface spray treated by machine after repeatedly polished.
So it is double protection. Some manufacturers don't spray.
3. Unique bottom system design: We designed 16 floor purlins, to better strengthen the floor and bear people's weight.
Your people are stronger and heavier than us. Especially if there is bunk bed, people may jump off the bed.
If the floor system is not strong enough, it may be broken. So we increased the quantity of floor purlins to ensure your normal use.

A: Generally within 15 days, it is according to the order quantity, partial shipment is allowed for big orders.
