Normally 20days. For large MOQ, it is negotiable.
Q:Is there a minimum order quantity for this smart house?
No, the MOQ of this smart house is one unit.
Q:How many sets of this kind of smart houses can be fitted in one 40HQ shipping container?
We will pack the entire house as for a 20ft container and ship it directly, so it does not need to be packed in a shipping container.
Q:Can I have solar or off grid?
You can setup utilities however you want to at your site. Whether its a water tank or solar panels it will connect the same way to the Prefab-x as regular utilities.
Q:What is the advantage compared to the folding container house?
Our PrefabX series is for permanent residential building, it is more energy saving, with better sound proof and thermal insulation .
Q:If used in a rainy country or island country, will the house be rust easily?
No, it has great performance of anti rust. The wall frame is made of 6063 reinforced aluminum alloy,roof steel sheet is Aluminum alloy Magnesium 100g/sqm+painting finish.
Q:Could I know more about your frame system as it has a wind load of 200km/h?
To give you a brief introduction. Each of the structural part has undergone industrialized design and precise calculation. The steel frame is the Q355 low-alloy carbon structural steel with high structural strength; the aluminum frame is made of 6063-T5 reinforced aluminum alloy, which is extruded at high temperature and is of high strength, good toughness, etc.
Q:What is normal heating? Can I have additional heating if colder days?
As for the heating, we adopt thermal insulation aluminum window frame as well as double glass insulation. And the wall, roof and floor are filled with high performance thermal insulation and use flame retardant materials(PIR). Of course you can have additional heating. What's more, the comfort style includes a 5 constant smart sir system, which is suitable for cold place.
Q:Can you provide the electrical and plumbing layout plan?
Yes, and the electrical & plumbing are prefabricated in factory, no need labor work on site.
