2. Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we can, if the items you want to get are in stock, we can provide 1-2 pcs of each item as free samples for your testing. If not, please contact me and discuss it later.
3.How about the lead time of a order?
For a stock order, we need 3 to 5 working days, and for a production order, it needs around 30 to 45 days.
4.What should I do if I find quality problem in using?
12 months Quality Garentee for all of our products. We offer replacement for any defective caused by non-human reasons.
5.Can you do OEM Products?
Of course, our professional engineer department welcomes your OEM projects.
6.How about your requirement of MOQ?
For products in stock, we don't have the requirement of their MOQ; if have not enough, the MOQ will be required according to the size of product.
7.What is your payment term?
We usually do 30% payment as a deposit, and 70% balance with BL Copy. If you have any ideas,we can discuss it.
