Silk amino acid (SAAs) also known as silk fibroin ,is a natural water-soluble amino acid powder with glycine, alanine and serine content of more than 85% ,it is extracted from raw silk and produced through series process of silk degumming, enzymolysis , acidolysis and dried. The average molecular weight is about 90 ,also named as silk fibroin-90.
