1. What is your lead time for producing customized outsole orders?
   A: Our standard lead time for customized outsole orders is approximately 30 days after order confirmation. However, for urgent orders, we will do our best to expedite production and check if any stock is available to reduce the timeline.

   A: We offer a limited number of free samples for evaluation. However, the transportation cost will be borne by the customer. If you require additional samples or a larger quantity, there may be a sample fee, which will be refunded upon confirmation of your bulk order.

   A: Once an order is confirmed, we aim to complete production and delivery within 30-45 days, depending on the order size and current production schedule.

8. From which shipping port do you dispatch your goods?
