Product Description

PVC-O pipes are widely used in water distribution networks, industrial production networks, urban and rural irrigation systems, and mining fields. These pipes are manufactured using advanced equipment and a special orientation process, resulting in a high-strength, high-toughness, and fatigue-resistant new type of pipe. The molecular chains are aligned axially and radially to form a net-like structure, providing superior strength and toughness compared to traditional pipes. This makes PVC-O pipes capable of withstanding harsh impacts, sharp objects, and cold weather conditions, combining the strength, toughness, and ductility of plastic pipes. It is considered a revolution in the plastic pipe industry and represents a new generation of pressure-resistant water pipes developed both domestically and internationally.

Production specifications range from Φ110mm to 630mm. The wall thickness of the pipe is only half that of ordinary PVC-U pipes, but its strength is four times greater. The pipe can withstand deformation up to 100% of its inner diameter and has excellent elasticity, low bending resistance, and superior low-temperature brittleness.

PVC-O pipes are produced using a lead-free formula and have passed authoritative tests by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention and the Hebei Provincial Health Testing Agency. All sanitary performance indicators meet the requirements of the GB/T17219-1998 standard for the safety evaluation of drinking water distribution equipment and protective materials.

PVC-O pipe installation steps include cutting, cleaning, applying adhesive, aligning and inserting the pipes, holding them in place, and avoiding load application for ten minutes after connection. For elastic seal rubber ring connections, clean the surfaces, place the rubber ring correctly, mark the insertion depth, apply lubricant, and check the rubber ring with a feeler gauge.

PVC-O pipes offer ultra-high strength, unparalleled impact resistance, elasticity, and reduced risk of external impact. They have excellent low-temperature brittleness, crack resistance, and water hammer resistance, extending product life. The pipes are environmentally friendly and energy-saving, with a larger inner diameter and smoother inner wall, increasing water flow by 15-40% compared to traditional pipes. They also ensure water quality remains unchanged during transmission.
