3. Packed into 3-layer/5-layer color boxes: The color boxes are not only aesthetically pleasing but also offer additional protection for the product.
4. 4-10 color boxes are packed into an outer carton: The outer carton is suitable for sea freight, ensuring safety during long-distance transportation.

A7: Inside the color box packaging of each product, we have included a detailed instruction manual, allowing you to use this kitchen appliance very easily.
Q8.What kind of documents we will provide to you?
A8: B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Original & other documents you require. With these documents you or your broker can do the customs declaration at your side.
Q9. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
A9: During shipping, our shipping agency will try to ensure the safety of the goods. If there is a damage to products, they would be responsible for the damage .If it is not a very serious problems, we will help you and compensate you the damaged parts.
