Spectrometer: Material inspection equipment, used to detect the chemical composition content of raw materials whether meet the incoming material acceptance standards.
Universal testing machine: Raw material performance testing, testing the tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and area shrinkage of product.
Metallography: Take samples after heat treatment, observe the quenching and tempering structure by microscope, to determine whether heat treatment is qualified.
Three coordinates: spatial dimension detection, digital model dimension verification, appearance dimension measurement.
Bench testing machine: independently developed and produced, it can measure the product size while testing the stiffness of the product. It can also meet the fatigue life verification of the product assembly and the verification of the fatigue life of the spring eye.
