2. Can customers order different models and colors in one order?
Absolutely, you can customize your order with a mix of colors and models as per your requirements. Size personalization is also available.
3. Can customers receive a sample before ordering? What is the sample policy?
Certainly, we are delighted to offer customized samples. While a sample cost is required initially, this cost is reimbursable upon order placement.
4. How do you ensure quality? Can customers conduct inspections?
Our dedicated Quality Control team meticulously oversees each critical stage of production and performs thorough checks upon completion. Prior to shipping, we can provide you with photos and videos of the finished products. If you have a representative or office in China, we warmly welcome inspections. They can verify and measure all aspects in detail. Additionally, third-party inspections, such as those by SGS or COC, are accepted.
5. Can you assist with shipping?
