Q1:Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A1:A manufacturer,we have our own factory.
Q2:What are your transaction terms and payment terms?
A2:Our trade terms are FOB,CFR,and CIF.The payment terms are a 30%deposit to be paid via T/T before mass production,and the balance to be paid upon receipt of a copy of the bill of lading(L/C to be provided immediately).
Q3:Can I order some samples for testing?
A3:The samples will be invoiced at FOB price,but will be refunded when you place an order and meet 20 pieces of each style and color.
Q4:How do you ensure that we receive high-quality products?
A4:We have internal quality control checks,and if you are willing,we may conduct testing on bulk products or third-party AQL inspections.We attach great importance to product quality and provide a three-year warranty under normal use.
Q5:Where is your main market?
A5:We export to Europe,North America,South America,and the Middle East.We hope to collaborate with clients from all over the world.
Q6:How can I go to inspect the factory?
A6:Our office is located in Chongqing.Once you arrive at the airport,we will pick you up.We would greatly appreciate it if you could inform us in advance.
Q7:Can we use our own design?Can cardboard boxes print our information,such as address and logo?
A7:Yes,we will provide you with advice based on the local climate.Then you can get the best details and reasonable price you want.After we confirm everything,we will design the door or window according to your needs.We provide OEM and ODM services,which have always been our strengths.
Q8.What is the minimum order quantity for an order?
A8:Considering production costs and export expenses,we recommend a minimum order quantity of 1*20GP container.It can accommodate approximately 200 sets of doors.But for LCL orders,we also accept them,but the average cost is higher and the price will be slightly higher.
Q9.What is your delivery time?
A9:Laminated doors take 20 days,painted doors take 30 days.
Q10.What is your daily production capacity?
A10:1000 sets per day.
Q11:How does your door prevent termites?
A11:Our door is made of medium density fiberboard and WPC,and it is anti termite.
Q12.Can you provide installation services?
A12:Yes,we can,there are two ways.
1)We provide installation videos to help you understand the installation process.
2)Arrange our technicians to the construction site and guide your workers.During this period,please ensure the personal safety of our technical personnel,arrange their accommodation,meals,and round-trip airfare.
