2. Can customers order different models and colors in one order?
Certainly! Orders can be customized with a mix of colors and models according to your preferences. Sizes are also fully customizable to meet your needs.
3. Can customers receive samples before ordering? What is the sample policy?
Absolutely! We are delighted to provide tailored samples upon request. A sample fee applies, but it will be refunded once an order is placed.
4. How do you ensure quality? Can customers perform inspections?
Our dedicated Quality Controllers (QC) oversee every crucial production phase and conduct thorough checks post-production. We can share photos and videos with you before shipping. If you have a local representative in China, inspections at our facility are welcomed for a hands-on quality check. Third-party inspections, like SGS and COC, are also supported.
5. Can you assist with shipping?
Certainly, we offer a range of delivery terms including EX-Factory, FOB, CIF, and door-to-door services. If you have an appointed shipping agent, we can facilitate delivery to their warehouse or directly load containers at our factory.
