DESCRIPTION.
MQ518K anti-cracking UV varnish can be hot stamping UV varnish with good printing adaptability. Varnish film layer is strong, anti-cracking, anti-chemical corrosion, water and heat resistance, abrasive surface flat, smooth, resistant to yellowing, fast varnish. It is especially suitable for hot stamping after UV varnishing, with high fastness to hot stamping.

CAUTION.
Stirring fully before use, printing after 3-5 minutes of standstill, closed storage after use.
UV curing immediately after varnishing.
When printing particularly thick ink layer, considering that the end of printing through the UV curing machine after the heat is too high will cause sticking phenomenon. Use a laminating rack (drying rack) or lay it on its side to evaporate some of the heat before stacking;
Printing squeegee adjustment slant, printing machine function to "stop before or seal the network", mesh sparse large, printing squeegee pressure to light can increase the thickness of UV light oil. The speed of UV light solidifier and the temperature of working environment can affect the surface leveling.
Note on dilution ethyl ester dilution or alcohol.
It is recommended to use solvent-resistant, alkali-resistant and alcohol-resistant ink for printing.
It is recommended to add 5%-10% thinner dilution.
Drying too slow, you can reduce the paper speed. If still can not dry completely, may be too low UV lamp power, it is recommended to use the radiation meter often to detect, it is recommended to replace the lamp after 800 hours.
This product has a certain irritation, avoid direct contact with the skin, if contact with detergent cleaning;
This product should be placed in cool, dry and ventilated conditions, avoid direct sunlight, away from heat sources.
