Pressure Resistant Crack Sealing Epoxy Putty Oil Leak Pipe Repair Bandage
It is a roll of fibreglass bandage impregnated with water-activated resin. You simply immerse the bandage in water for 4 seconds,then apply by wrapping around the damaged pipe area. A successful pipe wrap can be achieved in 30 minutes. It is a good solution moisture cured wrap system for Pipeline Mechanical Protection for corrosion.

Level 1 Level 1 is for normal Industrial, such as water pipe repaired, sewer pipe repaired, etc. | Level 2 Level 2 is for high requirement of Industrial usage, such as oilfield, gas pipeline etc. |

1.Shut off the pressure and isolate leak. Clean, degrease and abrade substrate around leak site.
2.Put on gloves supplied with the Pipe Repair Bandage. Immerse Bandage in water or place under running tap water for 4 secs.4.Wrap the Bandage tautly around the wrap site extending 50mm either side of damaged area.
5.Smooth the resin as it foams during curing and work resin into the base fabric in a 'tightening motion'. Restore pipe to service once Bandage is cured.
