Product Description
The LeadCareTM 8901 is a synthetic rubber based hot melt adhesive specifically developed for feminine care positioning application of non-woven disposable products. The product is lower in peel strength, light color, good transfer resistance and aging performance.And no fluorescence.
Application: The product is suitable for positioning of Women's napkins or pads applications.

The surface of Substrate and Isolated paper should be clean, no oil, and are processed with the constant temperature and humidity treatment. Suggested operation temperature is 140-160 ºC for both, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.Recommended coating thickness 20~40μm.
