Product Use
Application: The sophisticated fracturing hose serves as an essential component for seamless connectivity between the fracturing wellhead and diversion skid, as well as the fracturing truck and the intricate high and low-pressure manifold. Its design ensures efficient injection of fluids enriched with acid or fracturing sand at high flow rates, facilitating the fracturing process where oil-bearing rocks are skillfully cracked to form beneficial fractures. These fractures remain supported in their open state, optimizing the oil flow environment for prolonged and enhanced extraction.
Hose structure:
(a) Lining layer: Crafted with black polymer synthetic rubber, this layer is engineered for superior wear and acid resistance;
(b) Lining wear warning layer: The use of white wear-resistant rubber acts as an early warning system for lining wear, enhancing safety;
(c) Pressure-bearing skeleton layer: Reinforced with high-strength steel wire rope, ensuring robust pressure management;
(d) Fire-retardant layer: This layer, made of glass fiber, offers exceptional fire-retardant properties;
(e) Outer wear warning layer: Distinguished by its red wear-resistant rubber, it serves as a visual cue for external wear;
(f) Outer protective layer: Embodying chloroprene rubber, this layer is flame-retardant, wear-resistant, oil-resistant, and impervious to ozone and UV rays;
(g) Protective sheath: Tailored to customer preferences, the hose's external protection can feature stainless steel armor or a plastic spiral sheath;
(h) End joint: Forged from high-strength alloy steel, offering various connection forms including flange, hammer union, API 16A HUB, and Grayloc Hub;
•Transporting medium: Adapted for mediums such as fracturing fluid, sand, hydrochloric acid, and liquid carbon dioxide.
• Temperature range: Designed to operate efficiently across a broad temperature span of -30ºC to 100ºC.
