What's your factory products MOQ ?
a.100pcs for stock items.
b.1000pcs for regular items
c.3000pcs for custom items. (Of course the moq may be different for some complicated design.)
1.How many colors are available?
We can do custom colors as your special request. So any Pantone color is available. You just need to tell me your favorite Pantone color #.
2.Will you save my mould for future orders?
Yes. Once we create your mold, you can use it as many times as you like at no cost for future orders.
As long as you keep the same design there is never any new molding fees.
3.Do you offer customized packaging?
Yes , of course ! All of our products can be packed as your requirement.OEM and ODM are welcome .
4.Do you have experience to ship to Amazon?
We have experience to delivery to Amazon, FBA and bar code sticker are all available.
5.Can I get samples?
Sure. We can send the samples for free, but customer should pay for the freight cost. lt will cost some sample charge for custom designs, but it is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
6.How about the shipping time and methods ?
By Express , such as DHL 5-7 days , FedEx 6-8 days …
By air , need 7-10 days .
By sea , need 25-35 days .
7.What's the methods of payment ?
Usually customer can pay through Alibaba Trade Assurance , Paypal or T/T .
You should pay 50% deposit before production .The balance paid before shipping .
For the small order, you need to pay the whole payment before production .
