1. High extraction rate
Using 14-stage hydrocyclones for concentrating, the advanced process designed assures the extraction rate reaching 92%-95%2. Low water consumption
It only use 5-8 tons water for each ton starch, much less than those traditional equipment and process, which need 15-25tons water for each ton starch
3. Large in capacity
Single production line can process 35 ton sweet potato, 25 ton sweet potato, or 25 ton sweet potato, the capacity is matchless in our country.
4. All-closed system
The production system is all closed, all equipment and tanks are closed, inter-connected by pipeline and without open device. This will ensure the good performance and clean environment of the production line.
5. CIP cleaning CIP
All systems are equipped with CIP-line automatic cleaning system, to have regular comprehensive sterilization cleaning system equipment and piping, the bacteria are difficult to breed, so as to ensure that the products reach the GB superior grade level.
- The warranty period of the equipment and materials of the Contract plant supplied by the Seller shall be 12 months after the date of acceptance of the Contract plant by the Buyer, but not later than 18 month after the date of delivery.
