2. Modular design, diverse functions:
A production line system consisting of ten functional stations was constructed using industrial grade components and control methods, including HMI monitoring, feeding, drilling, deburring, rejection, marking, assembly, three-axis handling, transfer, and horizontal and dual axis storage retrieval units, fully demonstrating the actual operation of factory automation.
3. Quick connection and secure plugging:
The system design is clever, guiding the input and output signal cables of the actuator to the serial port and centrally managing the power lines, achieving fast connection of the system and ensuring safe plugging and unplugging capabilities in actual operation.
By connecting the serial ports of the controller panel and I/O panel, users can directly upload standard programs to run the system for demonstration purposes. At the same time, disconnecting the serial port will enter the open control mode, which is convenient for independent design and programming training. All wiring is completed through a 4mm safety socket with pluggable cables.
5. Modular design with flexibility in mind:
The experimental panel adopts a modular design with standard height, making it easy to insert into the frame area. The entire device is designed to be movable and lockable, using a complete aluminum profile structure, which ensures the stability of the system and facilitates deployment and use in different situations.
