1. Taking PA6,PA66,PET and PP as raw materials, this machines adopts extrusion, drawing, winding and texturing in one step to produce BCF yarn.
2. Integrated modular-designed equipments of extrusion, drawing and winding make the machine available for single color and three color BCF carpet yarn.
3. Modular design and flexible combination could realize tailor-made, which could save vast amount of investment for building and shorter commissioning time as well.
4. New nozzle-type texturing device with optimal plate-type cooler ensure an excellent crimp setting.
