Introduction:
The CST-50 impact specimen notch projector is designed and developed according to the requirements for impact specimen notches in GB/T229-2020 "Metal Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method" and ASTM E-23. It is a special optical instrument for checking the processing quality of Charpy V-type and U-type impact specimen notches. The instrument uses an optical projection method to enlarge the V or U-type notch contour of the impact specimen to be tested and project it onto the projection screen. It is compared with the standard sample diagram of the impact specimen V and U-type notch on the projection screen to determine whether the notch processing of the impact specimen being tested is qualified. Its advantages are simple operation, intuitive inspection and comparison, and high efficiency.

Once we have confirmed the problem, the solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.
2. What's the delivery term?
1-3 working days for the standard machine if we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 3-15 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We could customize machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.
4.How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send the operation manual and video in English version through Email. Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
