Materials and Design
1. Material: Anti-fouling soft leather, 1.2mm thick, 150,000 cycles wear-resistant, EU REACH compliant, and flame retardant to European standards.
2. Craftsmanship: Full edge sealing process for enhanced durability, double-layer wide edge pressing for a more aesthetically pleasing design.
3. Fasteners: All fasteners are treated with corrosion-resistant Dacromet coating to extend service life.
4. Cutting: The product is cut using fully automatic laser cutting equipment, ensuring precision and consistency.
5. Welding: CO2 gas shielded welding for tight, firm, and aesthetically pleasing joints.
6. Surface Treatment: The surface undergoes shot blasting with 0.8mm diameter steel shots to thoroughly remove rust and create a smooth surface, enhancing powder coating adhesion and ensuring a fine coating texture.
7. Powder Coating: The product is treated with electrostatic powder coating, ensuring strong adhesion, coating thickness of 90μm - 150μm, 2H hardness, uniform and bright color, weather resistance, and anti-aging properties.
8. Safety: The entire machine is free from hooks, pinch points, shear points, and clamping areas.
