JM-DS1G Moisture meter is a high-precision moisture meter developed for grains. The equipment uses high-precision imported sensors. The results of multiple measurements are stable and unified. It can realize automatic compensation, bulk density measurement, weight measurement and other functions. JM-DS1G has been upgraded to test 35 types of grains, could accurately measure coffee beans/cocoa beans etc with one click.

Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance. while considering of sea transportation,we can extend 2 months for our customers. Moreover, If your machine doesn't work, you can send us an E-mail or call ,we will try our best to find the problem through our conversation or by video chat if neccesary. Once we have confirmed the problem, the solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.
2. What's the delivery term?
1-3 working days for the standard machine if we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 3-15 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We could customize machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.
4.How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send the operation manual and video in English version through Email. Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
