1. Non-leafing Aluminium Paste get very centralized distribution of particle size, which perform both excellent whiteness and brightness. Futher more, it shows metallic effect like silk and chromed.
2. Leafing Aluminium Paste have outstanding footage, brightness and excellent water coverage, which come into chroma effect in low acid resin system. Besides, it can well reflect light and heat.
3. Vacuum Metallic Pigment is made by special process. The surface of aluminium is smooth and thin but diameter-thickness ratio is very large. Its brightness and hiding powder are both excellent, thus, only samll quantity will bring perfect performance of chromium plating, which makes your cost moreeconomical.
4. Water Based Aluminium Paste, also known as aqueous aluminium paste, developed with the development of aqueous coatings. Aluminium is a lively amphoteric metallic element and easy to react with water, acid and alkali. It should take special surface treatment when add in aqueous resin system.
5. Pelletized Aluminium Pigment for Plastics and Inks are processed by removing solvent, then added with PE-Wax(or other resin) and additives to get a pellet size of about 1.8*8mm by extrusion. It main properties: excellent dispersity, hiding powder in plastics, pollution free, low-dusting, low odor, perfect stability and universality.
Application:
1. Mainly suitable for high-end automotive OEM, refinish and plastic coatings, printing inks etc.
2. They are mainly used in printing inks, reflecting coatings, anti-corrosive coatings etc.
3. The product is mainly used in paints for automotive enamel, wheel hub, bicycle, glass and plastics, as well as ink for cigarette and wine mark, nail polish, toy paint, crafts paint, gravure ink, flexo ink and many other industries. Moreover imitating electroplate aluminium paste can also be substituted for electroplate to avert pollution.
4. The aqueous aluminium paste are widely used in aqueous automotive coatings, furniture and other decorative paint, cosmetics, food packaging, leather and cloth, children's toys, etc..
5. Specially for plastics masterbatches, injection, molding etc.
