Product features:
The wear-resistant block of suspension leaf spring is welded with low alloy plate, which can make the force of leaf spring expand in the same direction. The wear-resistant block of balance arm has grease lubricating nozzle, which can reduce the lubrication friction between the leaf spring and the wear-resistant block of balance arm.
The torsion bar angle of the suspension is reasonably designed. During the frequent bumps of the vehicle, the instantaneous friction and slip distance between the tire and the ground is reduced, the tire friction is effectively reduced, and the tire service life is extended.
Due to the optimized design of the torsion bar angle and damping sleeve, as long as the adjustment is accurate after assembly, the verticality of the axle and the traction pin can be ensured, and the eccentric wear and gnawing of the trailer tire can be effectively eliminated, so that the tire can achieve uniform wear.
