Professional PE 3-4 layers Air Bubble Film Extruder Bubble Film Machine with 2 extruders
Bubble film machine adopts once-through shaping technique, thus has high efficiency and excellent product quality. This machine set has such features as scientific and reasonable structure design, smooth and reliable running and convenient operation and maintenance. Polyethylene air-cushion film (also called polyethylene bubble film), which is divided into two kind: ordinary polyethylene air-cushion film and composite polyethylene air-cushion film, is a kind of packing material which has been widely used at present. It not only has good cushioning effect, shock resistance and heat-sealing performance, but also has such advantages as good corrosion resistance and transparency , etc. So it has been widely used for packing, household wares, post parcel, bicycle , polyurethane furniture, etc.Use one exturder can produce two layer, use two extruders can produce three layer.
Add one rewinder part, can compound one layer EPE or aluminum foil, add two rewinder part can compound two layer EPE or Aluminum foil.

If export to EUROPEAN countries,the wooden box will be fumigated. we use PE film for packing or pack it according to customers
special request.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
