We accept most of the shipping ways and trade terms. Every package design must pass our transportation test to ensure the safty of your goods.

Q1: Are You a factory?
We are an independent e-commerce team from our factory, offering professional service at factory price.
 
Q2: What's your sample policy?
If it's a stock item, you can get a free sample. If it's a customized item, you may need to prepare the sample cost refunded when the order is proceeded. Sample freight is at your own expense.
 
Q3: What's your MOQ and production lead time?
Stock items: 1PCS MOQ, 1 day lead time.
DIY items (i.e. having stock components): MOQ 500PCS, 5~14 days lead time.
Minor or fully customized items: MOQ 1,000 PCS, 25-40 days lead time.
The lead-time of a high-volume order needs to be discussed.
 
Q4: What are your payment methods and payment terms?
We accept the most popular payment methods such as T/T, PayPal, Western Union, Bank transfer etc.
Usually, our payment term is 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipping.
 
Q5: Can you provide packages with private label, such unit cartons, pouches?
Yes, of cause. Usually, MOQ is 1,000PCS.
