Mainly we produce 3 types of different head materials of cleanroom swab:
1. Foam Head Cleanroom Swabs .
Foam head is constructed from compressed ,100 ppi(Z) open-cell polyurethane foam that is free from organic contaminants such as silicone ,amide or DOP .
2. Polyester Head Cleanroom Swabs .
Polyester head is constructed from compressed polyester head and polypropylene handle .
3. Microfiber Cleanroom Swabs .
Microfiber head is constructed from compressed microfiber head and polypropylene handle.

Model: FS752 cleanroom swab:
1, It is made from polyurethane foam with 100 pore per inch porosity, with its side ridges and high absorbency, is an excellent swab for cleaning small slotted and grooved areas.
2, The side ridges on the long head provide additional cleaning abilities and soil entrapment. Ideal for a wide variety of
industrial applications, from general assembly to cleanrooms.
3, It is thermally-bonded head eliminates the need for adhesives. Excellent chemical resistance. Very low in nonvolatile residue.
4, Withstands most widely used solvents.
