Characteristics:
- Form dense physical isolation layer due to the high specific surface area and ultra-thin planar structure of graphene.
- Help to active the zine powder coating and produce synergistic effect due to the good electrical conductivity of graphene. Can both greatly reduce the dosage of zinc powder in the paint film and improve the paint film cathode protection , thereby improving the anti-corrosion performance of paint film.
- Improve the adhesion of coating,decrease the thickness of the paint film ,make the film more wear-resisting to get a long service life.
Applications:
Suitable for all types of (heavy duty)anti-corrosive coating , such as epoxy zinc-rich primer,(Chromium-free) dacromet coating .

Handling and Storage:
Wear appropriate protective clothing and safety gloves to avoid direct contact with body. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Take appropriate processing approaches to avoid dust . keep ventilation and install dust collectors to avoid inhalation. Load and unload carefully to protect from package damage.
Store in tightly-closed containers in a dry,cool and well-ventilated place,and keep ditance from ignition sources or heat.Separate from strong reducing agent and combustibles.Make sure the packages are free of damage or leaks,Use product immediately once the package is opened.Partly used pacakges should be tightly sealed again. Product is moisture sensitive. If product picked up moisture,either due to damage of packaging or open storage,suggested after removing the outer packing (paper valve pocket don't remove), dry product for several hours at 80oC to achieve moisture free status.
Transport:
Avoid insolation , rain ,leakage and labels off, throwing is prohibited , Load and unload carefully to protect from damage. Stay away from ignition sources or heat . Can not be transported with corrosive materials
Shelf Life:
Under the above packing and transportation conditions ,this product is valid for a long time. If there are strict requirements for moisture, it is recommended to do drying with reference to Article 5 before use .
