1.Total price of metal signs=unit price * quantity+mold sampling fee.
2.The unit price depends on the size, thickness, process etc. of the customized requirements.
3.Mold sampling fee also depends on the complexity of the customized product.
4.The prices on website are reference prices, actual prices are depends on quantity, color, and material of the order.
5.This product is customized product and no stock available. You can customize with pictures or choose styles from the pictures we provide.
6.Before customization, it is necessary to communicate with me to determine the style, specifications, size, quantity, packaging, transportation and other details.
7.Generally, mold opening takes 7 days.For large quantities, it takes 10-15 days.

Normally the delivery time is within 15 days. It also depends on your project and our schedule, such as the size, quantity, etc.

3.How do you pack your products? 
Generally, packed by air bubble film and standard export cartons.Other packing like wooden box is available to your requirement.

5.What's your MOQ ?
The MOQ for small items is 500-2000 pcs, for large cabinets is 10 pcs.
We support sample order to see the quality first,then you can rest assured to place a large number of orders.

6.What is the mode of payment?
Prepaid deposit + L/C:After determining the product style, you will need to pay a partial deposit and we will start production. The final payment will be made after shipment.

7.Regarding after-sales service:We will be responsible for any quality issues that are not caused by human error.
