Introduction of Infrared Quartz Heater

Infrared Quartz Heater is used iron chrome alloy wire(FeCrAl wire) as a heating unit and uses quartz tube as protection sleeve. Its color temperature is 1800K and the wavelength range is 2.2-3.5 micron. Because the main radiation band is located in medium wave area, it is most suitable for water drying and widely used in industry drying, etc. Power, voltage and lamp's length can be produced according to customer's requirement and drawing. There are two installation methods: Horizontal operation and vertical operation. In order to improve radiation efficiency, we can make half golden plated or coated white processing.
Type of 1500W Halogen Infrared Quartz Heater
1. Infrared Quartz Heater: Using quartz single tube as the sleeve of the medium wave infrared heater. The cross section of the heater can be ID8*OD10, ID10*OD12, ID14*OD17, ID17*OD20, ID28*OD34 and so on. Working life reaches 5000 hours.
2. Infrared Quartz Heater: Using quartz twin tubes as heater sleeve. Because the special twin tube design, this kind of heater has high mechanical strength. The maximum length we can make is 6 meters. And the working life reaches over 5000 hours.
