Features of   metal shredder machine:

1,The shredder machine uses Casting high manganese(ZGMn18Cr2Mo) liner on its internal surface, ensuring outstanding durability.

2,The shredder body is equipped with a hammer/pin removal device. Hammers and pins can easily be changed.

3,The body casing can be widely opened with 2 hydraulic cylinder, ensuring easy maintenance and inspection.

4,the upper body casing serves as uncrushable oulet with 2 hydraulic cylinder, minimizing internal damage caused by uncrushable material.

5,Paint, oil and dust flakes or sheds off scrap during crushing process, making it possible to recover high purity iron.

The whole production line of scrap crusher consists of feeding conveyor, main engine, vibration feeder, discharging conveyor,magnetic separator, iron conveyor, impurity conveyor, dust collector and PLC control cabinet. The crushed materials from scrap hammer shredder are separated from non-ferrous and non-ferrous metals by vibration feeder, belt conveyor and magnetic separation system, and sent out to stack by their respective conveyors. Non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials in the conveyor will be searched by magnetic separation equipment again, and free iron metals will be sorted out, so as to improve the recovery rate of iron metals. At the same time, non-ferrous metals can be sorted by eddy current separator, which can improve the recovery efficiency. The whole broken line is controlled by PLC, which can realize computer control and manual operation.
The main equipment of scrap crushing line includes chain plate feeder, scrap crusher main machine, hydraulic feeder, vibration feeder, belt feeder, upper suction magnetic separator, discharging conveyor, iron remover, rotary conveyor, etc.
