Energy-efficient pulverized coal injection blast furnace

Composition:
Energy efficient pulverized coal injection furnace with rotary dryer (or dryer) is new production line composed by the diffusion injection burner (nation patent), L dual swirl pulverized coal burner (nation patent), and energy-efficient lifting plate for dryer (nation patent).
Application:
The patented technology can be widely used in building materials industry, chemical and fertilizer industry raw material drying and non-ferrous metallurgy, smelting of blister copper, copper powder, dried slime and other industries, especially applicable for of dryer in cement factory, energy-saving technological transformation from oil furnace to coal furnace of Spray Tower in ceramic factory. Compared to artificial and mechanical feeding layer furnace, it can save coal by 30-40%.
2. the furnace apply ordinary bituminous ,lignite and low-grade bituminous with heating capacity>4000 kcal / kg, moisture<10%. It can be regulated from 600 °C to 1500 °C in the furnace, from 600 °C to 1200 °C in the dryer cylinder, from 90 °C to 150 °C for exhaust gas.
Through secondary hot air separator, the dust removal efficiency can reach 96%. Using oxygen combustion technology, the burn off rate of pulverized coal can reach 99% and the slag content is less than 1.5%. The carbon monoxide content in exhaust gas is 0, while the slag content is one-tenth of the other furnace, white.
