Suction Guide /Suction Diffuser
MODEL: GL46X
Working principle:
T-type suction diffuser is mainly used and installed at the inlet suction port of pump.
It mainly includes body, bonnet and a bucket filter, and is outstanding for wide chamber, large filter area, and low pressure lost. The 90 degree design of waterway makes the whole body occupy a small room. In the outlet of valve is built in a straight crisscross type of lattice current plate which equals to a section of rectifier tube. When water flow passes through the filter screen, it receives diffusing action and then gets through the lattice current plate. In the length, the water will become smooth and has less impact on the pump impeller. The cavitation will be limited to the lowest so that the noise and vibration to the pump are degraded, therefore extending the pump life service as a result.
Application: Not only is the T-type suction diffuser applied to installing in the inlet of pump, but it is suitable to other field that the flow media needs to be filtered.
