Presently, we proudly hold 118 independently developed national secondary standard substances. Our operations span from raw materials to intermediate and finished standard mixed gases, ensuring traceability management through established data and traceability chains.

 

Currently, there are 5 sets of self-developed and designed cylinder baking and processing equipment in the workshop. It adopts a centralized confluence interface for convenient assembly, which can realize synchronous operations of cylinder heating and cylinder replacement, effectively treating impurities and moisture inside the self-owned cylinders, and ensuring that they can meet the quality control requirements before filling. At the same time, the entire cylinder baking process adopts automated program operation, effectively improving work efficiency.

How do you ensure production capacity?

We have over 50 self-developed standard gas preparation devices adopting the internationally recognized gravimetric method for preparation and 17 sets of "Mettler Toledo" electronic balances and mass comparators imported from Switzerland. 
We also have advanced production equipment, 24 production lines and more than 100 analytical instruments which cater to the needs of various gas analysis and experimentation.
