This product is mainly used with blood collection needle for clinical collection of venous blood samples from patients.
EDTA anticoagulation tube purple head cap ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA, molecular weight 292) and its salt is an amino polycarboxylic acid, suitable for general hematology tests, is the preferred test tube for routine blood, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood group test. It is not suitable for coagulation test and platelet function test, nor for the determination of calcium, potassium, sodium, iron, alkaline phosphatase, creatine kinase and leucine aminopeptidase, but for PCR test. 100 ml of 2.7% EDTA-K2 solution was sprayed on the inner wall of the vacuum tube, blown dry at 45°C, and blood was collected up to 2 mI. Blood was drawn and immediately inverted and mixed 5-8 times, and mixed for use. The sample type is whole blood and needs to be mixed when ready for use.
