Push Pull Pickling Line
The pickling unit is push-pull pickling line with an annual output of 300000 tons. The unit adopts the relatively advanced shallow groove turbulent pickling technology, which has the characteristics of reasonable equipment structure, high operation efficiency, low production consumption, convenient operation and less equipment operation failure. The control system adopts advanced Siemens Programmable system, which ensures the stable operation, simple maintenance and low maintenance cost of the equipment.
For coils to be pickled:
Cold-rolled carbon structural steel, high-quality carbon structural steel and low alloy steel coils.
Steel type: Q195/235, ST12/13, SPCC, SPCD and 20#
Yield strength: 210~360N/mm 2
