QXG Submersible Supplying Water Pumps
Absorbing the most outstanding current hydraulic model from home and abroad and the latest research result from some domestic colleges, combing our manufacturing pump experience for more than 10 years, we have design and manufactured QXG series submersible feed pump. The pumps have following advantages: High efficiency, good reliability, auto-installation and auto-control and reducing in the civil construction cost of small pump station.
QXG type submersible feed pump, whose flow capacity is from 200 to 4000 m3/h, whose head is from 6.5 to 60m and whose power is from 11 to 250kW, is used to pump the similar liquids in physical and chemical properties ( the temperature of pumped liquid is less than 40º C). And the pump is suitable for the water supply and drainage in city, factory, mines and power station and irrigation in farms, etc.
This system uses special base-plate and fixes at the bottom of the sewage pit. The base-plate is connected with the discharge nozzle and there is a matching support block on the top of the pit. Use a guiding bar to connect the two parts together. Pump is connected with a specific bracket and slips down to the base-plate along the guiding bar. Then automatically sealed with the base-plate.
To make it clearly: Connect, slip, couple and operate. Fixed Dry Installation System The pump installed on another side of the pit and the suction nozzle are fixed on the base-plate. The jacket cooling system is adopted, thus the pump can be guaranteed to run on the condition of full load. Advantage: The water flows continuously lash the pit without damaging the pump. The system can sustain the accident flooding. Fixed Wet Installation System The pump is directly installed on the pit, thus it can not only protect environment, but also save the cost. The pump slips down to the discharge of base-plate along the guiding bar and automatically sealed through the self-gravity of pump. When maintenance, the pump can be lifted at any time, so the maintenance personnel needn't enter the pit. Quick, convenient and safe to do maintenance job.
