HDPE Plastic Water Supply Pipe Making Machinery adopt high speed extruder with high efficient,energy saving. The extruder have water recycled inside with metering material loading device;
The single-screw extruder and the traction machine adopt imported AC frequency conversion speed regulating device, and the vacuum pump and traction motor are all made of high quality products. The tractor is driven by two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws, eight claws, ten claws, and twelve claws. Available with chipless cutting, saw blade cutting or planetary cutting, the unit has reliable performance and high production efficiency.
1, Auto feeder and Gravimetric feeder: Gravimetric feeder can control the pipe wall thickness in high precision.
2,High efficient single screw extruder L/D: 38:1 , Siemens Motor or Xinhengli Motor, Guomao Gearbox or Fanshili Gear box;
3,Die head: Nitrogen and Chromeplating treatment; Mouth mould and core mould smooth surface; Finish pipe shining. ABA,ABC,AB multilayers die head can be customized;
4,Vacuum Calibration Tank: Vacuum pump with high degree; Control cabinet with converter control; Electric lift and manual lift can be choice; With location.
5,Cooling Tank: Tank body adopt SS304; Spray nozzle is virgin material;
6,Haul-off Machine: Servo motor is used in the haul-off machine, high speed, low electric cost.
7,Chipless cutting machine: oil cylinder control; Cutting section smooth;
