Q1: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are professional and leading manufacturer of safety gloves. We warmly welcome to visit the factory in Shandong & Jiangsu.
Q2. What information should I offer when I want to get the quotation?
A: Picture Or Material; Quantity & Sizes; Packing; Weight; Port of destination.
Q3:Can you provide samples?
A: Yes. We are happy to offer the samples. Samples could be free or charged according to specific cases. Customers only pay the freight.
Q4: What about the lead time for mass production?
A:First order is 40-45 days after all the information is validated.
Repeat order is 30-35 days. We can communicate when meet special cases.
Q5: What about your quality control system?
A: We have a good QC team to check each production step carefully (from raw material to final products).
Validated samples will be shown in the workshop to check the quality when 1st bulk sample is out. The QC will do the inspection from the production line.
Packing Process: The 1st batch gloves' packing must be confirmed by QC. The monitor will inspect during the whole process.
We can send the production samples or take photo or by video to check the quality, And we have the inspection reports for each delivery.
Q6: What about the after sell service?
A: If the product is found to be defective, we will replace the product or provide a refund of the purchase price.

A: We have two factories which are located in Shandong and Jiangsu province. Warmly welcome to visit the factory, pls share the schedual to us and we do the other arrangements for you.
