Hydraulic fitting up rotator
Hydraulic fitting up rotator is used for adjusting misalignment of shell and shell and further fitting up job.
Each set of hydraulic fitting up rotator is equipped with two set of hydraulic driving system, used for adjusting the center distance of two rollers, or adjusting the position of single roller.
By using the hydraulic system to adjust the misalignment of shells, precise adjustment can be made to the fitting up gap and welding position. This can minimize the labor intensity of fitting up work, improve fitting up efficiency, and ensure fitting up quality.
