Quartz fiber cloth is woven with quartz glass fiber yarn in a certain pattern through the textile process. The structure is generally divided into tabby, twill and satin. Widely used as many composite materials (Ablation resistant material ,wave-transparent material, insulation materials) reinforcement materials, high temperature catalyst carrier.
Performance:
1. Low dielectric properties: Dielectric Constant(Dk) 3.74, Dissipation Factor(Df) 0.0002. Excellent wave-transparent material
2. High temperature resistance, continuous working temperature up to 1050ºC, a short time using temperature up to 1200 ºC
